Towing Expenses. 1. Where an accident occurs to the described motor vehicle, the Corporation shall reimburse an insured for towing expenses incurred directly as a result of such accident, but subject to paragraph 2 of this section.

Towing Expenses. In the event of an accident that is to be indemnified under the terms of this policy, the Company shall pay the towing expenses necessary to tow the insured vehicle anywhere within the limits of the Republic of Mexico, and to the place where the Company decides the vehicle is to be repaired, as well as pay for the expenses up to a limit of $500.00 UScy that are necessary to put the vehicle into condition to be towed.
Towing Expenses. It will cover the expenses incurred by the Insured, up to the maximum limit of three hundred ($ 300.00) pesos, for the towing of the damaged vehicle, caused by any of the risks covered by this Policy.
