Tournament Officials. The Host shall be responsible for organizing and supervising tournament officials for ticket sales, gate attendants, medical attendants, locker room attendants, live scoring official, timekeepers, scorekeepers and game announcers.

Tournament Officials. HI will be responsible for arranging for the head referee, deputy referee, and tournament officials for the EVENT. The ITA will cover the fees and expenses for the referee and tournament officials, up to $7,000.00. The officials must be USTA certified, and approved by the ITA). Volunteer score persons or USTA certified officials must be provided by HI for all matches throughout the championships. For the Championship matches of Singles and Doubles, there must be USTA certified officials as chair umpires, and linesmen and ball persons. Trainers HI will provide two trainers on-site throughout the EVENT from November 5th through November 8th (all expenses to be covered by HI, and to be considered operating expenses), and also have a qualified physician on call throughout the EVENT.
