Total Volume. The total volume of Milk to be purchased by the Customer for the Supply Period referred to in paragraph 3 below is an aggregate amount of no less than 2.70 million litres and no more than 2.90 million litres. The Customer has entered into supply agreements to satisfy this demand.
Total Volume. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Supply Agreement, Seller agrees to supply and sell to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller not less than 500,000 tonnes (“Annual Minimum Amount”) and up to 1,000,000 tonnes of Potash each Year during the Term which Potash shall conform to the Specifications.
