Common use of Total Stockholder Return Clause in Contracts

Total Stockholder Return. Total Stockholder Return with respect to the Company or any Peer Company means the increase (if any) in the fair market value of common stock of the Company or such Peer Company, assuming reinvestment of dividends, over the Performance Period. The measurement of change in fair market value over the Performance Period shall be based on the average closing prices of the common stock for the last 60 trading days preceding January 1, 2005 and the last 60 trading days preceding the end of the Performance Period, assuming reinvestment of dividends in common stock.

Total Stockholder Return. Total Stockholder Return with respect to the Company or any and each Peer Company means the increase (if any) in the fair market value of common stock of the Company or and such Peer Company, assuming reinvestment of dividends, over the Performance Period. The measurement of change in fair market value over the Performance Period shall be based on the average closing prices of the common stock for the last 60 trading days preceding January 1February 2, 2005 2011 and the last 60 trading days preceding the end of the Performance Period, assuming reinvestment of dividends in common stock.

Total Stockholder Return with respect to the Company or any and each Peer Company means the increase (if any) in the fair market value of common stock of the Company or and such Peer Company, assuming reinvestment of dividends, over the Performance Period. The measurement of change in fair market value over the Performance Period shall be based on the average closing prices of the common stock for the last 60 trading days preceding January 1, 2005 2024 and the last 60 trading days preceding the end of the Performance Period, assuming reinvestment of dividends in common stock.

Total Stockholder Return with respect to the Company or any Peer Company means the increase (if any) in the fair market value of common stock of the Company or such Peer Company, assuming reinvestment Company held by a hypothetical stockholder as of dividends, over the Performance Period. The measurement of change in fair market value over the Performance Period shall be based on the average closing prices of the common stock for the last 60 trading days preceding January 1, 2005 and the last 60 trading days preceding the end of the Performance Period, assuming reinvestment if such stockholder had invested $100 in common stock of the Company or such Peer Company on the first day of the Performance Period and had reinvested all dividends in such common stockstock during the Performance Period.
