Common use of Total Agreement Clause in Contracts

Total Agreement. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including the Exhibits and Schedules to them, is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, incorporates or rescinds all prior agreements and understandings between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, cannot be changed or terminated orally or by course of conduct, and shall be deemed effective as of the date it is accepted by the Lender at the offices set forth above.

Total Agreement. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including the Exhibits and Schedules to them, is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, incorporates or rescinds all prior agreements and understandings between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, cannot be changed or terminated orally or by course of conduct, and shall be deemed effective as of the date it is accepted by the Lender Agent at the offices set forth above. The documents evidencing the Additional Credit Facility shall remain in full force and effect.

Total Agreement. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including the Exhibits and Schedules to them, is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, incorporates or rescinds all prior agreements and understandings between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, cannot be changed or terminated orally or by course of conduct, and shall be deemed effective as of the date it is accepted by the Lender Agent at the offices set forth above. The documents evidencing the Additional Credit Facility, the Tranche C Facility and the Inventory Loan shall remain in full force and effect.

The documents evidencing the Existing Credit Facilities and the Additional Credit Facility shall remain in full force and effect."
