Common use of Tombstones Clause in Contracts

Tombstones. Each Credit Party consents to the publication by Agent or any Lender of advertising material relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using any Credit Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower Representative for review and comment prior to the publication thereof.

Tombstones. Each Credit Party consents to the publication by Agent or any Lender of advertising material relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using Borrower’s or any other Credit Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower Representative for review and comment prior to the publication thereof.

Each Credit Party consents to the publication by Agent or any Lender of any press releases, tombstones, advertising material or other promotional materials (including, without limitation, via any Electronic Transmission) relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using any such Credit Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower Representative for review and comment prior to the publication thereof.

Each Credit Party consents to the publication by Agent Agent, Arranger or any Lender of any press releases, tombstones, advertising material or other promotional materials (including via any Electronic Transmission) relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using any such Credit Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower Representative for review and comment prior to the publication thereof.

An Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower Representative Borrowers within a reasonable period of time prior to publication for review and comment consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) prior to the publication thereof.

Each Subject to the following sentence, each Credit Party consents to the publication by Agent or any Lender of any tombstones, advertising material or other promotional materials (including via any Electronic Transmission) relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using any in a reasonable manner such Credit Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any such advertising or other promotional material to the Borrower Representative for review review, comment and comment approval prior to the publication thereof.

Each Credit Party consents to the publication by Agent or any Lender of any press releases, tombstones, advertising material or other promotional materials (including, without limitation, via any Electronic Transmission) relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using any such Credit Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark. Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any such press release, advertising or other promotional material to the Borrower Representative for review and comment prior to the publication thereof.

Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower Representative for review and comment prior to the publication thereof.

Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower Representative for review and comment prior to the publication thereof.
