TollSaver® Service. TollSaver® Service (non-operator assisted, direct-dial) is offered to Customers, including, but not limited to, residential and business Customers, for calling to international locations in VT service areas. Customers access VT via Equal Access FGD circuits and/or other Switched Access Services. Customers can access TollSaver® Service by dialing 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number) if they have selected VT as their primaryinterexchange carrier. When VT is not the presubscribed interexchange carrier, Customers can access TollSaver® Service by dialing 101XXXX + 1 + (Country Code) + (City Code [where required]) + (Destination Number). The Customer must be entered into the VT billing database prior to utilizing this service in order to receive TollSaver® Service rates. Calls are routed over the Company's transmission and switching facilities to any valid international location in VT's service area. Rates and charges for VT's TollSaver® Service from originating locations within the contiguous United States to international locations (excluding Canada and Mexico) served by VT are set forth in Section 6.3 following. Rates for calling to locations in Canada and Mexico are set forth in Sections 6.1.1 and 6.2.1 respectively. Calls are subject to a sixty (60) second call minimum, and sixty (60) second billing increments. Calls are rated based on mileage, time of day and call duration. Customers of VT's TollSaver® Service will be eligible for VT's Frequent Caller Program. For every ten (10) long distance TollSaver® calls a Customer makes, excluding Directory Assistance calls, the Customer will receive another long distance TollSaver® call for only one cent ($.01).   • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Career Services Placement assistance is not provided. It is understood that the School does not and cannot promise or guarantee neither employment nor level of income or wage rate to any Student or Graduate.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
