Common use of Tolls Clause in Contracts

Tolls. a) Where an employee incurs any toll or similar fee in the course of travelling at the Employer’s direction, during working hours, an amount equivalent to the sum incurred by the employee will be reimbursed by the Employer upon proof of such expenditure by the employee at the next pay day.
