Toll Charges. Every call using the Services that originates or terminates in the PSTN, including other VoIP networks, is subject to the then applicable toll charges, based on the duration and location of each call, that are associated with the rate plan subscribed to by Customer as set forth in the Service Order(s) (the “Toll Charges”). The local rate covers inbound and outbound calls. The rates for intra-state calls vary by location unless specified in the Service Order and are available upon request. The duration of each call shall be calculated in six-second increments and rounded up to the nearest six-second increment for any fraction of six-seconds used. If the computed charge for a call includes a fraction of a cent, the fraction is rounded up to the nearest whole cent.

Toll Charges. Every call using the Services that originates or terminates in the Public Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”), including other VoIP networks, is subject to the then applicable toll charges that are associated with the Service Plan, which hellospoke will include in bills and Customer will pay. For Customers subscribed to our hosted call center service, every PSTN call to or from a call center user and to or from a call center agent is subject to applicable toll charges at hellospoke‘s then current rates or as otherwise specified in the Service Plan. Calls to a non-hellospoke telephone phone number outside the United States and Canada will be charged the current rates on xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx. The duration of each call is to be calculated in one-minute increments and rounded up to the nearest one-minute increment for any fraction of minutes used. If the comput- ed charge for a call includes a fraction of a cent, the fraction is rounded up to the nearest whole cent. When Customer dials an international PSTN phone number, charges may apply regardless of whether the party on the other line answers the call. Calls made by a Customer to an international mobile, rather than landline, or premium rate telephone number, may result in higher toll charges. Charges to Customer for inbound toll free numbers are subject to the geographic restrictions and location of the person calling into the toll free number.

If the Hirer sets off from a French location, the vehicle shall already be equipped with an environmental sticker (“Crit’ Air”). If the Hirer wishes to drive to France using a vehicle rented at a location outside of France, he/she shall, by no later than two weeks before the rental begins, notify the Rental Firm in order to obtain the necessary vehicle information. In Portugal, it shall only be necessary to register or purchase a toll card at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx if the Hirer takes a toll route where the toll is electronically collected. The routes are specially marked. In the event of non-compliance, the Rental Firm shall, in addition to the toll charges and any penalty fees, charge a handling fee of €19.00 for each payment request made.
