Toll and Fee setting. 5.1 Toll Charge (a) State Toll Co will fix as a toll under section 59(1)(b) of the Project Legislation a Toll Charge in relation to each category of Vehicle, each Toll Zone and each Quarter from and including the Quarter in which the Date of Tolling Commencement occurs. (b) A Toll Charge cannot exceed the Theoretical Toll Rate for that category of Vehicle, that Toll Zone and that Quarter.
