TO1 Change Order Request Addendum. ACS understands that changes to established business processes may become required. A structured Change Management process ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used to handle all Changes in Scope, as referenced in Section 15 of the Agreement. A change request can be initiated through a request from the Customer or from internal ACS sources. All proposed changes or additions to current services or processes must be submitted to the ACS in writing. The request for change should include: • Detailed description • Reason/Objective • Desired outcome/benefit • Associated risk for not implementing the requested change • Desired implementation date
