To the Partnership. Any notice to be given hereunder to the Partnership shall be in writing and signed by the Partner giving notice. Any such notice shall be conclusively deemed to have been given if delivered in person or mailed by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid to the General Partner at its address set forth in Exhibit A, or such other address as the General Partner may from time to time designate by notice to all Partners.
