To the Partnership. Any notice to be given to the Partnership hereunder shall be delivered personally or mailed to the Partnership, by certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the Partnership at its registered office. Any notice so delivered or mailed shall be deemed to have been given to the Partnership at the time it is delivered or mailed, as the case may be.
