  • Access to List of Certificateholders’ Names and Addresses; Special Notices (a) The Certificate Registrar shall maintain in as current form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders. If any Certificateholder that has provided an Investor Certification (i) requests in writing from the Certificate Registrar a list of the names and addresses of Certificateholders, (ii) states that such Certificateholder desires to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to its rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and (iii) provides a copy of the communication which Certificateholder proposes to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within ten (10) Business Days after the receipt of such request, furnish such Certificateholder (at such Certificateholder’s sole cost and expense) a current list of the Certificateholders. In addition, upon written request to the Certificate Administrator of any Certificateholder or Certificate Owner (if applicable) that has provided an Investor Certification, the Certificate Administrator shall promptly notify such Certificateholder or Certificate Owner of the identity of the then-current Directing Certificateholder. Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, agrees that the Certificate Registrar shall not be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the list of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which information was derived. The Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator, the Operating Advisor and the Depositor shall be entitled to a list of the names and addresses of Certificateholders from time to time upon request therefor.

  • Offices for Notices and Payments, etc So long as any of the Debentures remain outstanding, the Company will maintain in Wilmington, Delaware, an office or agency where the Debentures may be presented for payment, an office or agency where the Debentures may be presented for registration of transfer and for exchange as in this Indenture provided and an office or agency where notices and demands to or upon the Company in respect of the Debentures or of this Indenture may be served. The Company will give to the Trustee written notice of the location of any such office or agency and of any change of location thereof. Until otherwise designated from time to time by the Company in a notice to the Trustee, or specified as contemplated by Section 2.5, such office or agency for all of the above purposes shall be the office or agency of the Trustee.   • Access to List of Securityholders' Names and Addresses The Administrative Trustees shall furnish or cause to be furnished to (i) the Depositor and the Property Trustee semi-annually, not later than June 1 and December 1 in each year, and (ii) the Depositor or the Property Trustee, as the case may be, within 15 days after receipt by any Administrative Trustee of a request therefor from the Depositor or the Property Trustee, as the case may be, in writing, a list, in such form as the Depositor or the Property Trustee, as the case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Securityholders as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished.
