If Purchaser and Novartis fail to enter into the transition services agreement contemplated by the immediately preceding sentence, from and after the Closing Date Novartis will use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide services necessary to provide for a smooth and orderly transition of the pediatric program referred to in Clause 2.4.
