TO EXHIBIT D. IRS EXHIBIT 7 This Attachment D.1 is part of the Participating Addendum (“Contract”), by and between SHI International Corp. (“Contractor”) and the State of Colorado (“State”), and shall apply to Contractor if, and only to the extent that, Contractor receives and processes or stores Federal Tax Information (“FTI”) on behalf of the State under the Contract. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Contract and its Exhibits and attachments, this Exhibit shall control. Any references to defined terms that are not specifically defined herein shall have the same meaning as those set forth in the Contract and its Exhibits. Unless the context clearly requires a distinction between the Contract document and this Attachment D.1, all references herein to “the Contract” or “this Contract” include this Attachment D.1.
