Titles to Sections. Titles to the Sections in this Trust Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not control the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Trust Agreement. Any capitalized terms not specifically defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Employment Agreement.
