TITLE TO THE PRODUCT. NORAC will have good title to all product sold hereunder, which title shall pass to UNIMED as provided herein free and clear of any lien or other conflicting interest of any kind of any person claiming through NORAC.

TITLE TO THE PRODUCT. 4.1 Upon signing of this Contract and the payment of the Purchase Price by the Company to the Customer, the title and the risk to the Product shall immediately pass to the Company.
