Title to Bins. Unless provided otherwise in the Collection Service Specification, if the Contractor provides Bins as part of the Collection Services and ownership of such Bins is stated by the Contract as vesting in the Contractor, then on the date on which the Contract terminates, ownership of such Bins vests in the Principal.
