Title Insurance Fees. Evidence that the Borrower shall have paid (or shall pay out of the proceeds of the Loans) the Title Company all of its then due and payable expenses and premiums in connection with the issuance of the Title Policy and endorsements for the Project Facility Site, and in addition shall have paid to the Title Company any fees or Taxes, including, without limitation, any recording, mortgage, deed of trust, intangibles, transfer and stamp Taxes payable in connection with recording the Deed of Trust in the appropriate county or state land office(s).

Title Insurance Fees. Seller will pay the premium for a ALTA standard coverage owner’s Title Policy and Buyer shall pay the portion of the Title Policy premium attributable to upgrading to ALTA extended coverage, the cost of any endorsements, if requested by Buyer.
Title Insurance Fees. Seller will pay the entire premium for a standard coverage owner's policy of title insurance. Buyer will pay the premium differential between an ALTA extended owner's title insurance policy and a standard coverage owner's policy in the same amount.
Title Insurance Fees. Seller will pay portion of the premium for Title Policies equal to the amount that would constitute the premium if the Title Policies were standard coverage title insurance policies, with no separate endorsements.
