Title Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received title information as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the status of title to (x) at least ninety percent (90%) of the PV-10 of the Proved Reserves of the Loan Parties evaluated in the Initial Reserve Report and (y) ninety percent (90%) or the Oil and Gas Properties described in the APOD as of the Closing Date.
