Common use of Title Information Clause in Contracts

Title Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received title information as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the status of title to (i) at least eighty percent (80%) of the PV-10 of the PDP Reserves of the Borrower and the Guarantors evaluated in the Initial Reserve Report, (ii) at least eighty percent (80%) of the PV-10 of the Proved Reserves of the Borrower and the Guarantors evaluated in the Initial Reserve Report, (iii) a selected sampling of the PV-10 of the Proved Reserves of the Borrower and the Guarantors evaluated in the Initial Reserve Report in the Administrative Agent’s sole discretion and (iv) all of the PV-10 of the Proved Reserves of the Oil and Gas Properties described in the APOD.
