Common use of Title Information Clause in Contracts

Title Information. On or before the date of delivery to the Administrative Agent of each Reserve Report required by Section 9.14(a), the Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver, if requested by the Administrative Agent, title information consistent with usual and customary standards for the geographic regions in which the Borrowing Base Properties are located, taking into account the size, scope and number of leases and ▇▇▇▇▇ of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries.
