Common use of Title Information Clause in Contracts

Title Information. Concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section 8.09(a) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s interests in such Oil and Gas Properties.

Title Information. Concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section 8.09(a) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries such Obligor will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s interests in such Oil and Gas Pipeline Properties.

Concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section 8.09(a8.08(a) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries such Obligor will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s interests in such Oil and Gas Properties.

Concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section SECTION 8.09(a) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries such Obligor will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s 's interests in such Oil and Gas Pipeline Properties.

Concurrently Subject to the provisions of Section 8.08, concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section 8.09(a) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s the Borrower's interests in such Oil and Gas Properties.

Concurrently Subject to the provisions of Section 8.08, concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section 8.09(a) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s the Borrower's interests in such Mortgaged Oil and Gas Properties.

Concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section 8.09(aSECTION 8.08(A) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries such Obligor will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s 's interests in such Oil and Gas Properties.

Title Information. Concurrently with the granting of the Lien or other action referred to in Section 8.09(a8.07(a) above, the Borrower or its Subsidiaries will provide to the Administrative Agent title information in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion with respect to such Obligor’s the Borrower's interests in such Oil and Gas Properties.
