Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, title to the Property shall be as provided in Article 3 of this Agreement; and
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, title to the Real Property shall be as provided in Article 7 of this Agreement and Buyer shall receive conveyance of good, clear, record and marketable title to the Real Property as will enable Buyer’s Title Company to issue its title policy in the amount of the Purchase Price without exception as to matters of survey or any liens or other matters of any nature affecting the title, except for the Permitted Exceptions;
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, title to each Facility shall be as provided in Article 3 of this Agreement.

At the time of the Closing, REIT -------------------------- OP's Title Insurer shall be prepared to issue an owner's policy of title insurance in the form of the Xxxxxxx Commitment as modified by REIT OP's Title Insurer in accordance with the terms of Section 3.2 prior to the execution of ----------- this Agreement, including such endorsements and other coverages as REIT OP may have negotiated with REIT OP's Title Insurer prior to the execution of this Agreement.
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, Title Company shall be prepared to insure title and issue the Title Policy as required by Article 3 of this Agreement; and
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, title to the Property shall be as provided in Article 4 of this Agreement and the Title Company shall be irrevocably committed to issue the Owner’s Title Policy (including the Special Endorsement); and
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, the Title Company shall be prepared and unconditionally willing to issue the Title Policies to CrossAmerica, in form and content as agreed between the Title Company and CrossAmerica before the Closing Date, subject only to the Permitted Liens, and subject only to recordation of the Deeds, payment of its title premiums at regular rates, and the Closing occurring.
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, title to the Real Property shall be as provided in Article 3 of this Agreement and the Title Company (or Royal, if applicable) shall be prepared, (subject to the payment of the policy premium and such other amounts as either Seller or Buyer has agreed to pay or for which either Seller or Buyer has agreed to be liable), to issue the Owner’s Title Policy as provided in Section 3.4.
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of the Closing, the Title Company shall be prepared and irrevocably committed to issue to Purchaser an owner's title insurance policy in the amount of the Purchase Price, insuring that title to the Premises is vested in Purchaser subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (the "Title Policy").
Title Conditions Satisfied. At the time of each Closing, title to the Phase I Property and Phase IB Property, as applicable, shall be as provided in Article 3 of this Agreement.
