Title and Responsibilities. (a) During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be employed as Senior Vice President of Operations of the Company and will perform such other duties and services as, from time to time, are reasonably required by the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer or Board. The Executive shall be responsible for supervision of certain General Managers of the Company's operating properties and certain Corporate departments of the Company, as determined from time to time by the Company's Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer.
