Title and Operation. TITLE This Agreement is the Dewpoint Air (Mcgahon Building Services Pty Ltd) and CEPU Plumbing Division Mechanical Union Collective Agreement 2023 β 2026 (the Agreement). DATE OF OPERATION This Agreement will remain in force until 31 October 2026, its nominal expiry date, and shall continue to apply beyond its nominal expiry date until replaced or terminated, in accordance with the Act.
