Sellers hold a valid and enforceable freehold interest in the Owned Real Property and valid and enforceable leasehold interests in the Leased Real Property pursuant to the Leases as shown on Schedule B, subject only to the right of reversion of the landlord or lessor under the Leases and those rights of third parties disclosed on Schedule B.
