Timing of Services. Consultant will perform the services in a timely manner; however, if during their performance, for reasons beyond the control of the Consultant, protracted delays occur, the parties agree that they will negotiate in writing an equitable adjustment of time and compensation, taking into consideration the impact of such delays.
Timing of Services. ECS will make every effort to provide timely delivery of Service. The Buyer acknowledges Service times can be impacted by many factors, and not all requests for Service can be delivered the same day. If emergency requests are made, or if requests are made outside of Standard Service hours, additional charges may apply pursuant to Section 2b.

Timing of Services. Any Accounting and Data Processing Services provided by Colt Defense shall be performed in a reasonably prompt manner by the staff group that performed such services for CMC prior to the date of this Agreement, subject to the availability of personnel.
Timing of Services. In normal circumstances, JCI will (a) initiate its Preventive Maintenance services with prior notification to the Project Representative, and (b) initiate remote diagnostics and notify the Project Representative by the next business day after JCI’s determination that the System has a Performance Shortfall or is experiencing a monitoring/connectivity issue. Customer must approve any repair services or Auxiliary Services recommended by JCI in writing per Section II.E. within 1 business day of receiving JCI’s recommendation in order to preserve the Performance Guarantee, per Sections II.H.6 and II.H.7. JCI will then make reasonable efforts to dispatch an Approved Field Services Technician to the System promptly after JCI receives Customer approval to perform repair services or Auxiliary Services. All field services will be performed during regular working hours (7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time) or by mutually agreed special arrangements.
Timing of Services. FCCS may exercise its own reasonable judgment, within the parameters set forth herein and in compliance with state regulations, as to the time and manner in which it performs the services required hereunder. Additionally, FCCS will be held to a standard of like administrators performing like services for customers such as the Client.
Timing of Services. Each Party understands that once the timing for manufacturing Batches is established that it is of the utmost importance that the execution of each Party’s obligations is consistent with meeting the timing required for Batch production. Accordingly, both Parties shall perform their respective obligations in order to meet the timing guidelines for Batch production provided in the applicable Statement of Work.
Timing of Services. CONSULTANT will perform the Services according to Exhibit 2. However, if during their performance, for reasons beyond the control of the CONSULTANT, delays occur, the parties agree that they will negotiate in writing an equitable adjustment of time and compensation, taking in to consideration the impact of such delays. CONSULTANT will endeavor to start its services on the anticipated start date and continue to endeavor to complete its services according to the schedule indicated in Exhibit 2. The start date, completion date and any milestone for project delivery are approximate only and CONSULTANT reserves the right to adjust its schedule and all of those dates at its sole discretion for delays caused by the CLIENT, Owner or third parties.
Timing of Services. (a) Supplier will begin providing the Services on the date specified in the applicable Schedule. If the Schedule does not specify a start date, Supplier will begin providing the Services on the effective date of the applicable Schedule. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JPMC acknowledges that not all aspects of the Services will be provided beginning on the effective date of the applicable Schedule unless the Schedule specifically states that all aspects of the Services will be provided beginning on the effective date of the applicable Schedule. Supplier will complete the Services on the date(s) specified in the Schedule. If the Schedule does not specify completion date(s), Supplier will complete the Services in a timely manner.
