Timescale. 3.1 The Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Secondee(s) in accordance with the timetables agreed in the Order Form. 3.2 The rate applicable for the Secondee(s) will be as set out in the Order Form or in the Charges description for the Service (as the case may be). Any overtime or weekend work required will be agreed between the Parties. 3.3 Should any of the Secondee(s) be unavailable the Supplier shall provide suitable alternates in accordance with section 5.2 of this Part C (Secondment) of the Supplier Terms.
