Timely Presentation Sample Clauses
Timely Presentation. The Director shall be responsible for the presentation of the Director’s Cut, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as soon as possible within the time period hereinafter provided for.
Timely Presentation. The employee shall discuss the grievance with the employee's immediate supervisor in a timely manner after the act or omission causing the grievance. A timely manner is defined as a period of not more than five (5) working days unless circumstances prohibit otherwise.
