TIME TO CURE DEFECTS. In the event SELLER'S evidence of title reflects any defects, SELLER shall have a reasonable time in which to cure such title defects. Any defect in title for which SELLER can obtain title insurance specifically insuring over such objection shall not be deemed to effect merchantability of title.
