Within thirty (30) Business Days after Landlord approves the Final Space Plan, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord for its review and approval, all architectural plans, working drawings and specifications (the \u201cContract Documents\u201d) necessary and sufficient (i) for the construction of the Tenant Improvements in accordance with the Final Space Plan; and (ii) to enable the Tenant to obtain a building permit for the construction of the Tenant Improvements by the Contractor (hereinafter defined).
