TIME POSITIONS. The work week for all full-time staff shall be forty (40) hours per week (Food), and thirty-seven point five (37.5) hours per week (Non-Food) during the peak season. During the peak season, Non-Food staff may be scheduled up to forty (40) hours per week based on business needs. During the off-season, the minimum hours shall be thirty-five (35) hours per week for both. Full-time positions shall be established in accordance with the available hours language in the Collective Agreement, to a maximum of: Meat one (1) Produce one (1) General Clerk two (2) Clerk Cashier three (3) Non-Food Clerks one (1) Bakery/ Deli two (2) Office one (1) File Maintenance one (1) It is agreed, subject to seniority requirements of the Collective Agreement, that benefits shall be maintained for full-time staff during the off-season. Full-time to mean forty (40) hours per week all year around. There will be no ATO with this position. No seniority will be lost as a result of the change. The start date of the replacement Meat Manager will become the effective date. The wage rate will be as per the Collective Agreement.
