TIME OF RETURN. The employee shall return to work at the expiration of the period of leave. However, if the employee begins leave five (5) or more weeks (twenty-six work days or more) prior to the end of the semester, and the period of leave is more than three (3) weeks (sixteen work days or more), then the Employer may require the employee to wait until the beginning of the next semester to return.
