Common use of Time of Payment of Annual Discretionary Bonus Clause in Contracts

Time of Payment of Annual Discretionary Bonus. Any Annual Bonus shall be paid in cash or settled by an award, as applicable, on or before March 15 of the year immediately following the Fiscal Year to which such Annual Bonus relates. Upon the grant of any Annual Bonus payable in equity, the Limited Partner and one or more of the Operating Partnerships will enter into an award agreement (with terms and conditions consistent with this Agreement).
