TIME OF ACCESS. Access to the Property is granted for _______________ (the “Term”) at times mutually agreeable to the Producer and the County. If following the expiration of the Term, Producer requires additional use of the Property in connection with the Program, the County may permit Producer to re-enter and use the Property on additional dates subject to the County’s approval. The fee for Producer’s use of the Property for such additional period shall be negotiated by the parties in good faith at the time of such use. Producer is not obligated to actually use the Property or produce the Program or include recordings or photographs of the Property in the Program for which it was shot or otherwise. Producer may at any time elect not to use the Property by giving the County forty-eight (48) hours written notice of such election, in which case, neither party shall have any obligation hereunder. In the event of any such termination by Producer, the County shall refund any security (or other) deposit made by Producer, if applicable, minus any reasonable costs incurred preparing the Property for Producer’s use. PAYMENT: Producer agrees to compensate the County for use of the Property and the cost of overtime pay to the employees of the County necessary to grant entry to the Property, monitor the activities during the time frame required, and secure the Property after the activities are completed, in the amount of ____________________ ($XXX.00) DOLLARS, which amount must be submitted along with this signed Agreement, prior to the start date and time. RIGHTS TO THE PROPERTY: For good and valuable consideration in the amount set forth above, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the County hereby grants to Producer a temporary license:
TIME OF ACCESS. The Guest may access the location for the agreed upon number of hours. The permission granted hereunder shall be for the period commencing at the time agreed upon in the BOOKING REQUEST and the time for which PAYMENT was submitted.
TIME OF ACCESS. Anything herein to the contrary ------------ -------------- notwithstanding, Tenant shall have a period of not less than sixty (60) days before the date that the Demised Premises shall be deemed actually ready for occupancy and before the commencement of the payment of Rent during which period Tenant shall have the privilege of proceeding with any work it wants to perform in the Demised Premises. The period of sixty (60) days is to be measured from the date that the Demised Premises are suitable for the performance of said work by Tenant, and Landlord has so notified Tenant thereof. If Tenant does not regard the Demised Premises to be suitable for the performance of its work on the receipt of such notice from Landlord, then it shall , within seven (7) business days after receipt thereof, notify Landlord specifying the particulars with respect to which the Demised Premises are not suitable for such work. Such work performed by Tenant may be performed concurrently with the work to be performed by Landlord, and each party agrees not to interrupt, delay, or prevent the work to be performed by the other. Landlord shall provide temporary light, heat, and power during regular working hours from Monday through Friday for Tenant's use as required during the construction of the Building and finishing of the Demised Premises in such amounts and at such times as Landlord in its discretion may reasonably determine and shall also provide protection of the Demised Premises from the elements during the period such work is in process.
TIME OF ACCESS. Producer may occupy the Premises per the schedule set forth in Exhibit “A,” “County-Owned Locations and Filming Schedule,” to complete all photographing and recording (“Term”), unless mutually agreed to by both Parties. Occupancy and use shall be substantially in accordance with the filming schedule set forth in Exhibit “A,” “County-Owned Locations and Filming Schedule.” Producer shall notify County Representative when Producer’s occupancy at the Premises will begin at least twenty-four (24) hours before occupying the Premises. Occupancy and use of the Premises are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
TIME OF ACCESS. The rights granted hereunder are for the period that commences from (TIME) and continues until (TIME) on (DATE) (the “Access Period”). For every Thirty (30) minutes that Producer occupies the Property before and/or after the Access Period, Producer shall be charged an additional $75.00 fee (the “Overtime Fee”). Producer shall receive no refund of the Rental Fee if Producer vacates the Property before the end of the Access Period.
