Time & Materials. Owner agrees to pay Contractor for the satisfactory performance of the Work on a fully reimbursable basis for the rates, costs, expenses, fees, and other consideration set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto, as modified and supplemented by Addendum 1 to Exhibit D, (the “Contract Price”) in accordance with the payment procedures described in ARTICLE 10 below.
