Time Limits on Grievances. A grievance concerning only one employee shall be presented not later than the twenty-fifth (25th) working day after the date on which the employee knew or ought reasonably to have known of the facts giving rise to the grievance. All other grievances shall be presented within twenty-five (25) working days from the time the Union knew or ought reasonably to have known of the facts giving rise to the grievance.
