Common use of TIME IS ESSENCE Clause in Contracts

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Vendor shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Unit/Apartment to the Purchaser/Allottee and the common areas to the Association of Purchaser/Allottees.

The Vendor Vendor/Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Unit/Apartment Flat and One Parking Space to the Purchaser/Allottee Purchaser and the common areas to the Association of Purchaser/AllotteesPurchasers or the competent authority, as the case may be.
