TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7. 1. Similarly the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demanded.

Timely payment Plan (Schedule-Cof Total Price and other payment / charges by the Allottee(s) as and when due & demandedper this Agreement shall be the essence of this Agreement.

Similarly the Allottee shall strictly abide by the Payment Schedule as detailed in the Payment Plan Schedule C annexed herewith and the Allottee shall be liable to pay all accounts the due amount payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demandedat every Milestone of the construction of the Shop.

The Promoter shall take steps to abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the said Apartment to the Allottee and the common areas Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authorityallottees. Similarly, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7. 1. Similarly the Allottee shall pay all accounts make timely payments of the installments and other dues payable by him and comply with the other obligations under this Agreement subject to the simultaneous completion of construction by the Promoter as per payment Plan (Schedule-provided in Schedule “C) as and when due & demanded”.

TIME IS ESSENCE. 6.1 The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Plot to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7. 16.2 The timely payment of the Total Sale Consideration, as agreed upon and recorded, is the essence of this Agreement. Similarly It shall be incumbent upon the Allottee shall pay all accounts payable as per to comply with the terms of payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demandedthe other terms and conditions of the Agreement.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Phase of the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Phase of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Unit to the Allottee Allottee/Sub-lessee and the common areas to the association of allottees Allottee/Sub-lessees or the competent authority, as the case may be, subject to force major as describe in 7. 1. Similarly the Allottee Allottee/Sub-lessee shall pay all accounts payable as per payment Plan (Schedule-C) as and when due & demanded.
