TIME IS ESSENCE. Time is of essence for the Promoter as well as the Allottee. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project and handing over the [Apartment/Plot] to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of the allottees after receiving the occupancy certificate* or the completion certificate or both, as the case may be. Similarly, the Allottee shall make timely payments of the installment and other dues payable by him/her and meeting the other obligations under the Agreement subject to the simultaneous completion of construction by the Promoter as provided in Schedule C ("Payment Plan").

Similarly, the Allottee shall make timely payments of the installment and other dues payable by him/her and meeting the other obligations under the Agreement subject to the simultaneous completion of construction by the Promoter as provided in Schedule C B ("“Payment Plan"”).

TIME IS ESSENCE. Time is of essence for the Promoter as well as the Allottee. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the [Apartment/Plot] Unit to the Allottee and the common areas to the association Association of allottees, if any subject to the allottees same being formed and registered and after receiving the occupancy certificate* Occupancy Certificate or the completion certificate or both, as the case may beCompletion Certificate. Similarly, the Allottee shall make timely payments of the installment and other dues payable by him/her and meeting the other obligations under the Agreement subject to the simultaneous completion of construction by the Promoter as provided in Schedule Schedule-C ("“Payment Plan"”).

TIME IS ESSENCE. Time is of essence for the Promoter Developer as well as the Allottee. The Promoter Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project and handing over the [Apartment/Plot] to the Allottee after making application for completion certificate and the common areas to the association of the allottees after receiving the occupancy certificate* certificate or the completion certificate or both, as the case may be. Similarly, the Allottee shall make timely payments of the installment and other dues payable by him/her and meeting the other obligations under the Agreement subject to the simultaneous completion of construction by the Promoter Developer as provided in Schedule C ("“Payment Plan"”).

TIME IS ESSENCE. 6.1 Time is of essence for the Promoter as well as the AllotteeAllottee(s). The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Said Project and handing over the [Apartment/Plot] Apartment or Plot to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of the allottees Allottee(s) after receiving the occupancy certificate* certificate or the completion certificate/occupation certificate or both, as the case may be.
