The Promoter PROMOTER shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the [ApartmentPlots/Plot] Flats/Duplex, to the Allottee ALLOTTEE and the common areas to the association of allottees ALLOTTEEs or the competent authority, as the case may be.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project Project with the Authority and towards handing over the [Apartment/Plot] Unit to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees Organisation / Apex Organisation or the competent authority, as the case may be. Time is the essence, with respect to the Allottee(s)’s obligations to pay all such amounts as mentioned in this Agreement and also to perform or observe all the other obligations of the Allottee(s) under this Agreement.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the [ApartmentApartment/ flat/Plotshop/garage/commercial space] to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.
