Time in Lieu. (a) An Employee may, with the consent of the Employer, elect to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime worked (including where recalled to duty) for a period equivalent to the overtime worked, plus a period equivalent to the overtime penalty incurred or a combination of time off and payment to the same value.

Time in Lieu. (a) An Employee may, with and their Manager (through Mutual agreement) may allow for the consent of the Employer, elect Employee to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime. Time off will be at the rate of the overtime worked (including where recalled to duty) for a period equivalent payment appropriate to the hours worked. For example, one hour of overtime worked, plus a period equivalent to which would otherwise be paid at the overtime penalty incurred or a combination rate of time off and payment one half would entitle the Employee to the same valueone and a half hours time in lieu.
