Common use of Time and Effort Clause in Contracts

Time and Effort. The Employee agrees to devote substantially all of his professional employment time and effort to the performance of his duties as Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Development for the Company and to perform such other duties consistent with his title and position as are reasonably assigned him from time to time by the CEO.

Time and Effort. The Employee agrees to devote substantially all of his professional employment time and effort to the performance of his duties as Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Development Technical Operations for the Company and to perform such other duties consistent with his title and position as are reasonably assigned him from time to time by the CEO.

The Employee agrees to devote substantially all of his professional employment time and effort to the performance of his duties as Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Development General Counsel for the Company and to perform such other duties consistent with his title and position as are reasonably assigned him from time to time by the CEO.
