Tile. Tiles are to be laid as of the size, quality, color pattern mentioned in the contract drawings or to detail supplied by the Architect.

Paint: One color (ceilings, walls and trim) and paint type through-out agreed spaces, if not otherwise noted in the paint section of this contract. When painting over existing, previously painted surfaces contractor is only responsible for application of new paint and cannot guarantee the bonding or prep work of existing paint.
