TIF Fund. During the TIF Collection Period (defined below in Section 4.2(b)(i)), all Incremental Real Property Taxes generated within the TIF District shall be deposited into a separate fund (the "TIF Fund"), which shall be established and administered by the UG in compliance with this Agreement and all Applicable Laws and Requirements.
TIF Fund. The City shall establish a TIF Fund as provided by K.S.A. 12-1775 to deposit Tax Increment Funds generated by the TIF District. Pursuant to the TIF Ordinance and this Agreement, as Tax Increment Funds are generated over the life of the TIF District, the City will utilize the funds as follows:

  • Name of Fund The Trust may use the name “Harbor Funds” or any name derived from the name “Harbor Capital Advisors” in connection with the Fund only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to your business as investment adviser. At such time as such an agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Trust (to the extent that it lawfully can) will cause the Fund to cease to use such a name or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with you or any organization which shall have so succeeded to your business.   • HUMANITY FUND The Company agrees to deduct on a weekly basis the amount of forty (40) cents per week from the wages of all employees in the bargaining unit for all hours worked and, prior to the 15th day of the month following, to pay the amount so deducted to the "Humanity Fund" and to forward such payment to United Steelworkers National Office, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 and to advise in writing both the Humanity Fund at the aforementioned address and the local union that such payment has been made, the amount of such payment and the names of all employees in the bargaining unit on whose behalf such payment has been made. All employee deductions are voluntary and may be cancelled upon request.

  • Source of Funds Each Purchaser severally represents that at least one of the following statements is an accurate representation as to each source of funds (a “Source”) to be used by such Purchaser to pay the purchase price of the Notes to be purchased by such Purchaser hereunder:

  • Investment of Funds NCPS will not commingle Escrow Funds received by it in escrow with funds of others and shall not invest such Escrow Funds. The Escrow Funds will be held in a non-interest bearing account.

  • FEMA Fund Certifications Submission of this proposal is Vendor’s certification that Vendor agrees to this term. Vendor certifies that IF and when Vendor accepts a TIPS purchase paid for in full or part with FEMA funds, Vendor certifies that: (1) Vendor agrees to provide the TIPS Member, the FEMA Administrator, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their authorized representatives access to and rights to reproduce any books, documents, papers, and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to this contract for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. The Vendor agrees to provide the FEMA Administrator or an authorized representatives access to construction or other work sites pertaining to the work being completed under the contract. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that no language in this contract or the contract with the TIPS Member is intended to prohibit audits or internal reviews by the FEMA Administrator or the Comptroller General of the United States. (2) The Vendor shall not use the Department of Homeland Security’s seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likenesses of DHS agency officials without specific FEMA pre-approval. (3) The Vendor will comply with all applicable Federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives. (4) The Federal Government is not a party to this contract and is not subject to any obligations or liabilities to the non-Federal entity, contractor, or any other party pertaining to any matter resulting from the contract. (5) The Vendor acknowledges that 31 U.S.C. Chap. 38 (Administrative Remedies for False Claims and Statements) applies to the Vendor’s actions pertaining to this contract.

  • Commingling of Funds So long as the Company is Servicer, any collections in respect of Contracts collected by the Company shall, prior to the deposit thereof in the Certificate Account, be held in bank accounts entitled substantially as follows: "[name of depository], as agent for U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, other trustees, and Green Tree Financial Corporation, as their interests may appear."

  • Deposit of Funds Before 11:00 A.M., New York City time, on each Redemption Date, Fundamental Change Repurchase Date or Interest Payment Date, and on the Maturity Date or any other date on which any cash amount is due on the Notes, the Company will deposit, or will cause there to be deposited, with the Paying Agent cash, in funds immediately available on such date, sufficient to pay the cash amount due on the applicable Notes on such date. The Paying Agent will return to the Company, as soon as practicable, any money not required for such purpose.

  • Fund Upon receipt of the Net Deposit, Principal Life will establish, under this Agreement, a bookkeeping account in the name of the Agreement Holder, which will evidence Principal Life’s obligations under this Agreement. The Deposit deemed received (as specified in the Annex), (i) less any withdrawals to make payments hereunder and (ii) plus any interest accrued and premium, if any, pursuant to Section 7, will be referred to as the “Fund”. Principal Life is neither a trustee nor a fiduciary with respect to the Fund.

  • Recovery of Funds The right of the RECIPIENT to retain monies received as reimbursement payments is contingent upon satisfactory performance of this Agreement and completion of the work described in the Scope of Work. All payments to the RECIPIENT are subject to approval and audit by ECOLOGY, and any unauthorized expenditure(s) or unallowable cost charged to this Agreement shall be refunded to ECOLOGY by the RECIPIENT. RECIPIENT shall refund to ECOLOGY the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment under this Agreement. RECIPIENT shall refund by check payable to ECOLOGY the amount of any such reduction of payments or repayments within thirty (30) days of a written notice. Interest will accrue at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per year from the time ECOLOGY demands repayment of funds. Any property acquired under this Agreement, at the option of ECOLOGY, may become ECOLOGY's property and the RECIPIENT's liability to repay monies will be reduced by an amount reflecting the fair value of such property.

  • Return of Funds Contractor will return any overpayments due to unearned funds or funds disallowed pursuant to the terms of the Contract that were disbursed to the Contractor. The Contractor must return any overpayment within forty (40) calendar days after either discovery by the Contractor, its independent auditor, or notification by the Department or Customer of the overpayment.
