Common use of Tie Breaker Clause in Contracts

Tie Breaker. When two employees have the same seniority, the employee with the greater number of hours worked during the preceding thirteen (13) full pay periods will be deemed to be more senior.

Tie Breaker. 17 When two employees have the same seniority, the employee with the greater number of 18 hours worked during the preceding thirteen (13) full pay periods will be deemed to be 19 more senior.

Tie Breaker. 25 When two employees have the same seniority, the employee with the greater 26 number of hours worked during the preceding thirteen (13) full pay periods will be 27 deemed to be more senior.

Tie Breaker. 19 When two employees have the same seniority, the employee with the greater 20 number of hours worked during the preceding thirteen (13) full pay periods will be 21 deemed to be more senior.
