Common use of Three Shift Operations Clause in Contracts

Three Shift Operations. a) The Employer shall have the right to operate his/her plant or any part thereof on a three (3) shift basis and all employees working under this arrangement shall receive eight (8) hours pay upon completion of the full hours established as their regular shift.
