Three-Phase Electric Systems. The minimum seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) for three-phase electric central systems shall be 12.0 for units rated at 5 tons and under. For units 6 tons or larger, the minimum energy efficiency ratio (EER) shall be 10.5. A standard rating of 95° F db shall be used.
