Common use of THIRTEENTH Clause in Contracts

THIRTEENTH. Each and every covenant, provision, term and clause contained in this Agreement is severable from the others and each such covenant, provision, term and clause shall be valid and effective, notwithstanding the invalidity or unenforceability of any other such covenant, provision, term or clause.
